What To Expect During Your First Appointment

At your first visit, please bring a photo ID if available. For privacy, appointments begin one-on-one to give you space to share and ask questions. If a support person comes with you, they can join later in the visit at your request, or you can continue solo. 

 

Make Appointment
A few things to know:

  • All services are completely free, and insurance is never billed or required.

  • Your privacy matters. Every visit is confidential and takes place in a private, comfortable setting.

  • You will find a safe, judgment-free space to talk through your pregnancy options and get clear answers to your questions.

  • Most first appointments take about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the service.
