Integra Pregnancy Services offers free referrals for on-site limited, non-diagnostic ultrasounds after a positive self-administered, lab-quality pregnancy test confirms pregnancy.
- Ultrasound availability is decided at your consultation with an RN trained in limited ultrasounds. These scans are used to confirm pregnancy and estimate gestational age.
- Time is set aside during the visit to talk through options, next steps, and available resources in a safe, private space.
- All services are free. Walk-ins are welcome as the schedule allows.
What to expect at
Your Ultrasound Appointment
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. A support person is welcome. Visits take place in a private, comfortable setting.

Take a free, self-administered, lab-quality pregnancy test with time to ask questions.

If appropriate, receive a referral for a limited, non-diagnostic ultrasound to estimate dates and confirm pregnancy. Availability is set at your consult with an RN trained in limited ultrasound.
Ultrasound appointments typically take about 60 minutes.
